Fantage’s 6th Anniversary

All of April will be one HUGE event – the 6^th Anniversary of the creation of Fantage! There will definitely be updates, which will be explained in another post.

Free Membership

EVERYONE on Fantage has premium membership for one week!

This is a REALLY good idea. I went on Fantage and saw that there were a LOT of people playing. I recommend taking advantage of this generous offer also, by:

• Leveling up! Members level up a lot easier than non-members. The levels won’t be there anymore after a week, but it’s still good to have.
• Hatching pets! You can get pet-locked items from pets, and these pet-locked items are for nonmembers too! So you can keep that item after this week of membership!
• Getting level-locked items! Again, most of these items are members-only, so after this week they will be grayed-out, gone. Still good to have, though.
• Getting the free items from the VIP Lounge! These are member items also, so they will be grayed out.
• Using up your gems! A lot of people (including myself) have a lot of member gems (such as moonstones, black diamonds, and diamonds) that we can’t use. Here is your chance to use them! Another will-be-grayed-out feature.
• Play the bingo! Members get a free chip, so that’s one less square to fill out.
• Do the Hot or Not challenge at the Island! You get an outfit if your outfit is “hot”. The outfit is for nonmembers too!

With this new app, you can play Fantage on a tablet! There will be new lands and exclusive items on this app. Sadly, I don’t have a tablet, so I can’t get those features. 😦

Expert Fantagians

A group of highly elite Fantagians, the Expert Fantagians patrol the streets of Fantage, helping out new members in distress and stopping evil! Nah, actually they’re just normal people. You don’t have to bow to them when they pass. To join, all you have to do is to answer these questions! *You must be at least level 20 and your account must be over 30 days old.

Questions

How do you check another player’s Level?
Click on them to open their IDFone.

How do you ignore Fantagians who are being mean or rude?
Click “Ignore” from their IDFone.

How do you hatch Pets?
Using the heater and lamp in your Barn.

How do you level up the Expert Fantagian level?
Teaching beginners how to have fun in Fantage.

What does it mean when your text is red?
The chat was filtered and others cannot see it.

Where do you get rare items?
Orion’s Rare Finds.

How do you get more Stars?
Playing games.

How do you add buddies?
Click “Add Buddy” from their IDFone.

You will get a medal and a costume!

How to Level Up the Medal

To level up your medal (without actually finding a newcomer), follow these steps:

1. Make an account. Max will give you items. There is no more tour from M and Peabody, Fantage expects the experts to guide the newbies.
2. Log in with your main account in the same world as your newbie account. If you don’t know what world your new account is in, log out and in to the right world.
3. There should be an “Expert” button on the top-left of your new account’s screen.
   
   Click on it and find your main account’s username.
4. Go back to your main account and accept the tour.
   
5. Click on “End the tour”.
   
6. Go back to your new account (yes, there’s a lot of flipping between accounts. I recommend using two tabs.) and this will pop up.
   Click on “Yes”.
7. Your main account should have leveled up their Expert Fantagian level!
8. Repeat as nessessary. Remember, the limit of this level is 30, so this is not infinite.

Sometimes it’s a bit glitchy. I gave, like, 12 tours and only leveled up 8 times. But maybe it’s just my computer. Ignore my horrible computer’s slowness 😛
